1. The fabric spreaderhas a streamlined appearance, which can effectively reduce wind resistance, noise and vibration, and improve the stability and comfort of machine operation.
2. PLC touch screen, easy to learn operating system, inexperienced workers only need half an hour of training to get started.
3. It adopts double and single pull split structure design to meet different fabric spreading needs.
4. After the spreading task is completed, it will automatically stop and accurately return to the starting position.
5. If the fabric spreader does not receive any operation instruction or working signal within 5 minutes, it will intelligently enter the automatic shutdown mode, which is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
6. In case of emergency braking, the machine is designed with an anti-cloth dragging mechanism to ensure that the fabric will not be damaged or shifted.
7. Unique automatic fabric laying system,which utilizes the precision roller conveyor belt to realize smooth fabric laying, the whole process without tension, avoiding fabric pulling and size change.
