 A: Yes,we can provide the samples you if you need, but according to our company rules, sample fees need to be charged, and we will refund the sample cost one the bulk order confirmed.

 A: We will send the detailed drawings, installation instructions and packing list to tell you how to install. For any problems during installation, you can contact us at any time.

Q:What is about the delivery time?

 A: The delievery time for the customized products is about 35~40 days.

A2: Offer us your project drawing or purchasing list for our checking.

A3:Our team work on the building information, and work out a solution for each product and also quotation. 

A4: Customer check and confirm the solution and quotation, then sign the PI and arrange deposit. 

A5:We offer the details shop drawing for each products and customer confirm each shop drawing
