A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. 1pc,1set or mixed samples are acceptable. We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock,but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. We can also produce by your samples or technical drawings.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 7-15 working days. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. We can offer this service free for the quantity over 1000pcs.
Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, the products will be packed in anti-static bag,then put into master carton. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept Paypal, Western Union,Money Gram, T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C.
Q6. What is your terms of Shipment?
