Instructions:
1. Length: for mortar<12mm, concrete>12mm.
2. Dosage: For resisting the common cracks on surface, 0.91 g/cm3 fibers to cement is enough.
3. Stirring requirement: The proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed. Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together, then stir after adding enough water and time for stirring can be prolonged for 2-3 minutes in order to make the compound mix completely. Also it can be mixed evenly with cement and other aggregates in advance, stirring by water at site before constructing.

Estimating Data:
The dosage rate is dependent on the application. The general dosage range is 1 kg/m3.

Packing:
DAYE chopped PVA fibres of high tensile strength and modulus are packed by laminated bags with PET
strapping. Usually 200 kgs/bag, 4-8 bags/pallet. Every bag is labeled with a tab showing product name,
grade, weight and date of manufacture.
