Spool Type Single Sphere Rubber Expansion Joint are built with different kinds of rubber that depend on the used fluid (EPDM, NBR, NEOPRENE, HYPALON, VITON etc..). The difference of this joint from others is the rubber body design. In fact this model has rubber body directly flanged with adding retaining ring also flanged. In this way the rubber flange works like a big rubber washer to guarantee the capacity of the pressure, while other models, have little standard step. By this particular rubber flanged body, is possible to realize SPOOL TYPE rubber joints, until very big diameters (also higher than diameter 3000) with all request components (limit rods sets, vacuum rings etc.) and from customer's design. Like all the other rubber joints types, also for this one are possible all flanges types (UNI PN 6, 10, 16, 25 ecc., ANSI 150, 300 ecc.) with all standard materials (carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316 etc.).
