307-0120 is a two-component polyurethane thermally conductive structural adhesive, with high strength, aging resistance, vibration fatigue resistance, low temperature corrosion resistance and other excellent performance, in line with the requirements of low odor, low VOC emissions, in line with the European Union RoHS regulations, in line with the requirements of the UL94 flame-retardant V0, suitable for machine dispensing can also be mixed by hand. The surface stress of the gel is very low, can be well adhered to the interface with the material so as to have a low thermal resistance, suitable for the adhesion between the cells and the cold plate, after curing, the cells can be firmly bonded to the cold plate. Specifically designed for engineered applications in a wide range of industries to provide strong, long-lasting bonding and sealing in environments where high loads and other structural bonding are required.
