HOW TO USE?
1. Check and remove if there's any sharp object inside the shoe.
2. Insert the insole into the shoe. If the insole has fabric side, face the fabric side updwards.
3. The insole must lie flat in your shoe.

HOW TO CARE?
Make sure that there are no sharp things (stones, nails…) in your shoes. They could damage the insoles.
If necessary, you can clean the gel insoles with a soap solution. Then dry with cloth and let it dry completed in ventaliated place avoiding direct sunlight.
It is normal that the GEL inside the insoles dries overtime.
Discard the insoles after 1 year, because the material is environmentally friendly, the plastic will slowly decompose over time.
