For stringer pallet, double wing pallet (face and bottom wing should be same length) nailing, 2-4pc stringer is adjustable, one operator. Contains nailing head + stacking table + out-feeding conveyor.

Adjust the bottom board, click 'stringer tightening','right side push' and 'bottom board positioning cylinder',loosen the bottom board positioning parts, place the wood board, and tighten the positioning parts when the wood board and the stringer are on the same level.
Click on 'hold down cable' and hold 'Gantry for ward Jog' to make the nail gun fall directly above the third wood board
Click on 'Stringer tightening' and 'Right Side Push', adjust the mold of stringer C as per required size with a crank,then teighten the screws
Click 'nail gun down', hold the button 'Gantry reverse jog' to the limit
Turn 'Gantry','Stacker' and 'change-over switch' to automatic mode, and then turn 'Gantry' and 'Stacker' to manual mode, then click 'stringer clamps','side clamp open/close' and 'stringer popup tabs'
Loosen the pallet guardrail, put the pallet guardrail into a suitable position, it is convenient to protect the debbugged pallet, and lock the guardrail after adjustment
Adjust the nail gun, loosen the jacking screw, to have the nail gun pointed to the center of the stringer, and tighten the jacking screw
Place the 2nd, 3nd wood board, then adjust the 2nd wood board to the required size and tighten it
Turn 'Gantry' and 'stacker' to automatic mode, change 'Knob' to the bottom board, place the wood board and then nailing start, change 'Knob' to top board and then reverse the pallet
Nail the panel, debug the palletizing, loosen the pallet support, put the pallet support iin a suitable position, it is convenient to place the debugged pallet, and lock the pallet support after adjustment

Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer’s account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
