What is the pasteurization process in tubular heat exchanger?
Tubular Heat Exchangers are incredibly efficient for energy usage in juice pasteurisation. During pasteurisation juice is heated to a high temperature and then quickly cooled before bottling or packaging to keep it fresh for longer. This process makes the jucice
safer to drink by killing the bacteria.
