Our factory was established in 1995.Two production bases up to 38,000 square meters locates in Hefei City,Anhui Province(very near to Shanghai). With more than 200 employees and 26+ years of experience in the production and
development of cutting plotter field.Welcome to visit our factory at any time!
2.Is it safe for us to pay for our first cooperation?
We can do the trade assurance on Alibaba, which will guarantee your products receiving, we also accept other safe payment way as you want.
3.What are the delivery way and deivery time?
Samples and small orders will be shipped by air and large orders will be shipped by sea. Samples and if the order less than 100 sets,delivery time around 1-5 working days. We have super production capacity, orders within 500 sets can be delivered in 7 working days.
4.Can you offer OEM/ODM service?
We have a professional R&D team of more than 50 people to better support OEM&ODM orders.
5. What is your warranty Policy for Cutting Plotter?
The warranty period is 14 months.If there is any faulty in warranty period,free spare parts and train will be offered.

Yes, we can make you a sample for your approval, but there is a sample charge, which will be returned to you in your next order.
