The precision stepping electric feeding reel rotates, and the stepping motor controller is replaced by PLC and text display. The stepping motor slow-rising curve and the stepping motor maximum speed can be arbitrarily modified according to the need to eliminate the impact of the mechanical transmission. It is ensured that the actual transmission wire length is consistent with the theoretical calculation length;
4. When the servo forming bending machine is designed and budgeted, it has divided the length of each MM into 10 segments to further ensure the length precision setting; the adjustable hydraulic cylinder can ensure the uniformity of the circle cutout, the cutting time and the retreat. The knife time can be directly modified on the text display; 5. The servo forming bending machine is designed with manual slow feeding and slow material returning, which is easy to operate and reduces material loss.
