installation procedure
1.Install the installation platform -- place the base, install the guide rail, assemble the components of the horizontal truss--bolt the beam to the guide rail.
2.Bolt the beam to the guide rail and fasten the main frame pole to the beam.
3. Fasten the diagonal rod to the vertical rod and beam after installing the wall guide.
4.Unload the frame onto the guide stand - as the structure connects to the elevated body, scaffolding, intermediate layer or temporary foot plate - to the structure as the temporary frame pulls together and hangs the outer dense mesh safety net - after installing the third beam, install the lift stand and the upper wall guide stand - to connect the main frame pole.
5.Set the frame up to the design height, lay the top foot and handboard, baffle board -- lay the bottom safety net and handboard,make the flip board --effectively pull and connect the upper frame and structure
6.Hang a dense mesh safety net to the top of the rack.
7.Insert the anti-falling derrick into the anti-falling device of the base, install the hoisting rope -- place the electric
control cabinet, distribute the cable, install the electric hoist, connect the wire, adjust the electrical system -- pretighten
the electric hoist, check and accept, dismantle the frame and upper part of the structure to pull together, and lift one layer
simultaneously -- all the installation is completed, and enter the lifting cycle
