Because it is a single-sided electrode, there will be a roll-up situation after rolling, so the shipped roller-pressed electrode
has controlled and compacted to ensure that the electrode is not rolled;
Rolling can improve the compacting density of the electrode, improve the electronic conductivity of the electrode, and improve the bonding.

1. The electrode should be rolled before use, and the customer needs to arrange the rolling pressure by himself to purchase the electrode that has not been rolled;
2. The areal density shall be determined according to the actual weighing results;
3. Before putting it in the glove box, the punched electrode needs to be vacuum baked at a temperature of 105 °C for 4 hours;
4. This electrode can be matched with our SM0205, LT0101, SC0101 anode electrode;
5. The density of the coating surface does not include the current collector;
6. Theoretical surface capacity mAh/cm2 = coating surface density mg/cm2 * proportion of active substance * gram capacity mAh/g÷1000;
7. The amount of theoretical active substance (mg) = coating surface density mg/cm2 * proportion of active substance * small disc area cm2;

8. Calculate the amount of active substance by actual weighing (mg)=(weight of small disc mg - density of flow collecting surface mg/cm2 * area of small disc cm2) * proportion of active substance. When calculating the volumetric capacity, calculate the amount of active substance by actual weighing. Due to the tolerance of coating surface density, the actual weighing shall prevail.

The material used for this electrode is nickel cobalt manganese NCM811 (single crystal), and the electrolyte used for testing is 811 coin cell electrolyte; NCM electrolyte (KLD-1230C);

Electrodes need to be rolled (it is recommended to roll according to the lowest parameter of the corresponding electrode compaction range), electrode baking conditions are 105 ℃ for 4 hours, liquid is injected and left to stand for 8 hours, cathode electrodes are tested for constant current charging, and a constant pressure of 0.02C is required to cut off, and the sealing pressure of the coin cell is 1300psi.

Creases: Single sided electrodes are prone to rolling after rolling, and flattening and packaging may result in creases.
