1. What's your MOQ? I am an owner of a small business, can I order with you?
- Our MOQ is 10 units for all kinds of products except the custom order which is available with us for only 1 pcs.
2. How come your prices of some products do not as cheap as other suppliers?
- Moyou crafts has been in this field for more than 18 years, and all of our artists have over 16 years experience in making
artworks. It's hard to tell the difference by words. So please see our sample pictures below, and you can know how good our staffs
are.
3. Could you make custom orders for me? I have my own pictures and want to turn them into art pieces.
- Sure. Custom order is a big part of our business all the time. Have been working with dozens of overseas artists, Moyou crafts
is confident with the outcomes you will receive. We will confirm all your requirements before we start your projects, and you can
also ask us for the processing pictures if need.
4. What payment methods do you accept? And how can I make the payment?
- 30% - 40% of the total value to be paid before producing. We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Ali Trade Assurance.
5. Can I ask for a sample? If that is refundable? And how long will it take for me to receive it?
- A sample is available with us. The sample costs vary based on different products, if the amount is small, the sample cost can be
refunded once you make the bulk order. For most products, the sample will be delivered to you within two weeks by express.
