3 Details Description for this System
The Whole Ro System Working Process Diagram
Part 1: Water Pumps---Raw Water Pumps, CIP washing pumps and High Pressure Pumps
1.Brand: We can offer standard CNP brand, Grundfos or Danfoss.
2.Material: Can be SUS-304 for fresh water purification, or SUS-316 for salty/brackish water desalination.
3.Name and Function: Raw water pump to provide pressure for pre-treatment part, High pressure pump to provide pressure for Ro membranes, CIP Washing pump for membranes maintenance.
Part 2-1: Pre-treatment Filter Tanks--Multi-media filter, Activated carbon filter and Iron(boron, arsenic) removal
Part2-2: Rinse and Backwash Flushing valves for filter tanks--Manual and automatic one for options.

Part 4: Membrane protection system(Anti-scale dosing) and membrane maintenance system(CIP washing)
1.Anti-scale dosing system(SEKO Italy brand metering pump and yellow PE material tank) to protect the Ro membranes being blocked shortly by using anti-scalant, which will be fully automatically.
2.CIP washing system(CNP washing pump and PE washing tank) to maintain the Ro membranes by adding NaOH and HCL after using about half year, and the membrane are blocked.

RO membrane housing(vessel) and RO membranes
1.Ro membrane housing(vessel) can be SUS-304 or SUS-316, or FRP, which will suggest according to your requirements or the source water quality.
2.RO membranes: we will have USA DUPONT, or Japanese TORAY and China VONTRON brands for clients choosing.
Security Filter(5um Micro filter) housing and pp filter cartridges(wound filter cartridges, PEFT)
1.Security filter housing:Can be U-PVC for 500lph and 1000lph standard system, or FRP, SUS-304, SUS-316, different material for clients' choosing or design based on clients' source water quality.
2.PP filter cartridges(wound filter cartridges and PEFT) with 5um, 2um, 1um, 0.2um ect. put inside the security filter to remove impurities like colloid or small dirty size large than 5um.--replace every 1 to 3 months.
Consumbles--sand, resin, carbon,manganese sand
1.Quart sand(1-4mm): replace about 2 years, to remove large particles.
2.Cation resin: replace about 3 years, to remove hardness.
3.Activated carbon(2-4mm): replace about 2 years, to remove smell,odor,color, residual chlorine ect.
4.Manganese sand (1-4mm): replace about 2 years, to remove irons.
