Application for Induction melting Furnace:
Induction heater is mainly used to melt precious metal, such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, nickel, tin, brass, alloy,
titanium, alloy cast iron and a variety of non-ferrous metals, and steel etc.
1. For the small amount of melting, a crucible is enough. For the large amount of melting, a titling furnace will be more
convenient for you to pour the solution.
2. The melting time is about 20-30min for hot furnace and 40-50min for cold furnace.
3. Precious metal melting, like gold, sliver, platinum, etc.
4. Semiconductor material melting
