Compared with other kinds of ice, tube ice has the highest density which is pure, difficult to melt and completely conforms to food standards. It can be directly eaten or used to freeze drinks, mix wines, cool foodstuffs, make ice pastries and keep fresh, etc.

The use of hot freon gas quickly demoulds the ice, make the whole process only takes 150 to 180 seconds. Once the ice is removed, low temperature water is used to re-ice, reduce energy consumption and increase the volume of ice production.

With the unique water distribution cup and air vent, water flows over the wall of the evaporator tube and improve the efficiency of heat transfer.

The use of stainless steel SUS304, accords with the health and safety requirements. Special alloy material combined with unique heat treatment process makes the evaporator have the best thermal perfermance.

The use of an air pressure controller excludes the risk of rupture of the evaporator tube. A liquid level controller manages the supply of refrigerant, making the system more stable.
