FAQ
1. Storage
The HR-FLOC powder must be storage in dry and cold place within the temperature range 5-25℃, under which it will be stable for at least 24 months. The prepared solution should be completely used within 1 -2 days.
2. Packing
The HR-FLOC powder is supplied in 25 kg bags and palletized in 500, 750, 900 and 1000 kg. The ton bag and OEM service are available upon request.
3. Health & Safety
All HR-FLOC range are non-toxicity products and don't represent any specific problem on the periodical use.The details are available in MSDS.
4. Sample testing
Compared with jar test, the results of field test are closer to the real situation. Please test at least 2-3 products according to our suggestions for comparison, and then choose the most suitable one.
5. Solution ratio
We recommend it to between 0.1% and 0.3%, that is, add 1 to 3 grams of polymer powder per liter of tap water.
6. Dosage
2~25 ppm for wastewater treatment, 10~100 ppm for sludge dewatering.
7. Difference between APAM and CPAM
CPAM captures organic particles in wastewater by its positive charge, and APAM captures inorganic particles in wastewater by its negative charge. The cost of CPAM is higher than that of APAM.
8. Delivery
Arrange delivery within seven working days after receiving the payment of contract amount.
