Anionic Polymer
Polyacrylamide (PAM) is an organic molecular polymer, when pam dissolves, it forms a high polymer. A linear organic polymer. When pam is added into the wastewater, the linear polymer will act as a bonding bridge between the two particles, making the particles gradually grow larger, and finally forming large particles of floc, accelerating the settlement.

Source of mineral processing wastewater
(1) Ore washing wastewater: contains a large number of fine-grained slime and a small number of ore particles;
(2) Crushing system wastewater: mainly contains ore particles, which can be reused after precipitation;
(3) Equipment cooling water: including the cooling water of the crusher, the ball mill and the water seal water of the vacuum pump, the water quantity is small, and the pollutants are mainly oily substances;
(4) Gravity and magnetic separation wastewater: mainly contains mineral particles and suspended matter, which can be basically reused after clarification;
(5) Flotation wastewater: mainly from concentrate, tailings through the thickening, filtration two stage dehydration process

Common problems when using Anionic polyacrylamide
1. The flocculation effect is not obvious due to too much or too little dosage;
2. The concentration ratio is too high, and the water quality is sticky after adding the reagent;
3. Untested sewage uses an unmatched PAM model;
4. Short dissolution time and inadequate dissolution of polyacrylamide lead to poor flocculation effect;
5. The high stirring rate during dissolution causes the branch chain of PAM molecule to break, thus losing the adsorption

6. When used in winter, the dissolution water temperature is more than 60 degrees Celsius, resulting in early degradation of anionic polyacrylamide and loss of flocculation;
