    Established in 2004, our factory specialized in the manufacturing of Die Cutting Creasing Machines and Hot Foil Stamping Machines. Located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, we enjoy convienience access to major transportation networks of Beijing and Tianjin. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has around 60 staff members. System Introduction

 Feeding and Collecting Part

 

l The extra feeder can do paper and corrugated board,Install the vacuum pump of BECKER.

l At the middle of head install the monitor ,worker can easily see the back

l Pre-paper pile design and special pneumatic bench can save much time

l The non-stop sampling system can check the board accurate without stop the machine

l Additional brush wheels and pressing wheels for thin paper and corrugated board running

l Advance push and pull lay of registration can assure the die cutting precision

l Rikko light front lay detection system prevent the slanting paper move in main body

l Patented design shock absorption system can prolong the life of main body and increase the pressure

Machine size	5800*2170*2245mm without pedal, so one 40’ container can contain one set of this model machine.
Packing Item	PE film wrapping and typing, we can also package our manual punching die cutter with wooden pallet or wooden box but for this model machine as we all know, the size is big so can only package it with this method, hope you can understand

 

 

PS: Normally our machines are uneasy to broken because of our professional machine making team and strict QC team, we will also send you our manual and video, what you need to do is just learn some basic thing such as machine maintenance.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?

We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, pay the 70% balance before delivery.

 

3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?

Our factory located in Dongguang County,Hebei Province,China., near to the capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Bejing airport directly and we will pick you up there.

 

4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority.We always regard great importane to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the begining.
