1) Can you confirm you are manufacturer or trading company?

2) Do you accept OEM/ODM? Can I add my company logo onto products?
Yes, As manufacturer and we accept OEM/ODM. Also we have professional design team do free 3D drawings foryour checking first. we can custom logo for you. You just need offer us PDF or AI form artwork and then we can do printing for you.Once all details confirmed, we will start the samples. 

3) How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

   Normally, we will charge sample cost for that, and it can be refunded in mass production.

4) sample time and production time ?      

If without LED light, it needs 3 days to make samples. If with LED lights, it needs 5 days to make samples.
Bulk Order: Because all of our products are customized, so we don't have stock, usually our delivery time is 15-20 working

5) Do you have stock products to sell? 

 In order to serve our customers 'market with the best and latest products, we usually don't keep much stock. If you need, please contact our salesman to get the updated stock list.

6) What is your terms of delivery? 

   We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. 

7) What is your price term?

   30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.
