TGP200 popping boba production line is developed exclusively by Shanghai TG Machine Company. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and it is fully comply with the food sanitation standards. The popping boba that made by this machine is in beautiful round shape, bright color and with very little waste material. The popping boba can be used in bubble tea, ice cream, cake decoration and egg tart filling, and etc.

Cooking Systems
There are two automatic ingredient dissolving and mixing systems for cooking the juice filling syrup and sodium alginate solution.
The jacket cooker can dissolve sugar and maltose rapidly, can reach uniform effects of dissolving.
No sediments & over burned. With steam/electric to dissolve, rapidly, economic and convenient.
When producing popping boba, after the syrup is cooked well, it will be conveyed to the hopper by pumps and pipes, and the sodium alginate will be conveyed to the recycling holding tank. After depositing, the boba will be conveyed with the holding trays and baffles, then it will be filtered, then the boba will be wash out the extra solution. Finally you can collect the boba product and package them.
