Filter barrel dust collector
The working principle of the filter tube type dust collector: after the dust-containing gas enters the dust hopper, because of the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the effect of the air flow distribution plate, some coarse particles in the air flow settle in the dust hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces; After the fine-grained and small-density dust particles enter the filter chamber, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material through the combined effects of English surname diffusion and sieve filtration. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the exhaust pipe through the fan.
The characteristics of the cartridge filter are as follows:
1.The cartridge adopts polyester fiber as the filter material, adheres a layer of sub-micron ultra-thin fibers to the common filter material, and the arrangement of fibers on the adhesive layer is very close, the very small sieve hole can block most of the sub-micron dust particles on the filter material surface;
2, the filter material fold use, can increase the filter area, and make the dust collector structure more compact;
3, the filter tube height is small,
4, compared with the same volume dust collector, the filter area is relatively large, the filter air speed is small, resistance is not big;
5. The single-machine dust collector adopts pulse-jet on-line dust cleaning method. The cleaning process is controlled automatically by the pulse controller. A plurality of filter canisters are arranged in the dust catcher to increase its effective filtering area. When one (pair) of filter canisters meets the setting requirements of dust cleaning, the spraying device is started to automatically clean the dust, and the other filter canisters work normally, in this way, the dust removal effect can be achieved without affecting the operation of the equipment and the dust collector can run continuously. A plurality of filter canisters are arranged in each dust removing chamber to increase its effective filtering area. When the filter canisters in a dust removing chamber meet the setting requirements of dust removing, the spraying device is started to remove dust, and other dust removing chambers work normally, this not only ensures the dust removal effect but also makes the dust catcher run continuously.
