Q:What if I need less than the minimum 500 cards?

A:Depending on the specs for your order, we may be able to do less than the minimum 500. Please send an email to Kelly(AT)zfcards.com to discuss the needs of your small run order.

Q: Can I use my own design?

A: Yes, you can always provide us with your own artwork via email.

Q: What kind of artwork format is benefit to print?

A: Artworks are requested vector graph including PDF, AI or CDR format. If only have JPG format, sharpness at least request 500dpi.

Q: I don't have a designer. Can you create  a design for my company?

A: Yes we can. We offer a full range of design and artwork services. Give us the details of what you want and we will be happy to quote.

Q: When is the payment expected?

A: We require payment in full before we design or produce your order

Q: How much bleed should I leave in my artwork?
A: 3 mm bleed on each border.

Q: What if I need is a custom shape or size card product?

A: Just give us the specifics for your custom shape and what features you will need. We'll be glad to work with you to produce a custom shape and/or sized card to meet your needs.

Q: What kind of price terms do you accept?

A: EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF / CFR, DDP, DDU etc.

Q: Do you offer quantity breaks?

A: We do offer price breaks at various quantities. Please contact a product expert for this information.

Q: How long will it take to receive my cards?

A: The total amount of time to receive your order is based on your card options, preferred shipping class, and whether or not rush production is requested. Please ask your product expert for a delivery time estimate.

Q: Will it be able to approval my final production artwork before it's printed?

Yes, you will receive an electronic proof to approve prior to your order entering production.
