A: Our headquarter is in Changzhou, a city near Shanghai in China, and a sub-branch office in Belgium. We can deliver goods directly from the Belgium and Chinese warehouse.

A: We can provide CE certificates for every Airwheel model, and MSDS, UL, ROHS for battery chargers or batteries, CE & DOT for helmets. Other certificates can be arranged when meeting our required order quantity.
8,Can I get some samples for quality test?(Can I start with small trial order to test the market? )
A: Yes, samples are always ready to be delivered for customers to test the quality. For EU customers, samples will be delivered from our Belgium office, for other customers, samples will be delivered from China.

A: The MOQ is 1 set for samples,different requirements for different customizing for each model and each color. If you want to know more about the detailed requirements.

A: For sample orders, we accept bank transfer, Paypal and on alibaba.com and so on.For large quantities, generally, we use TT, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is also accepted. For other payment terms can be negotiated.

A: Usually we do FOB Shanghai, but other delivery terms can also be negotiated.
12,How can you confirm my products quality? how can we guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment;We have warranty for different products. For example, our bike Warranty is 1 year,battery warranty half of one year and we can also can provide component to you as your requirements. Special warranty will be offered to distributors.If you meet any problems, our after-sale team will contact you and help you sort out any problems ( they will email to you,call you , and send you videos telling you how to do it)
13,What’s the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
A: It usually takes about 20-45 working days for bulk order/mass production orders. For small orders, 3-7 working days will be okay, depending on the order quantities (based on different quantities).

A: We always ship by air and sea. We have own shipping department cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx,TNT to enable our customers get their goods rapidly. Quantity get 10- 200 Pieces, we suggest by sea.(12-35 days can reached based on different areas)
