Working Principle
1. It is driven to the reducer through the belt, and the reducer is transmitted to the drive shaft through the coupling, and then a pair of open gears are used to ensure the synchronization of the two rollers (constant speed and reverse rotation).
2. The storage bin evenly enters the forming hopper through the quantitative device, so that the unit forming pressure of the material increases from small to large, and the forming pressure reaches the maximum on the center line of the pair of rollers.
3. After the material passes through this line, the molding pressure drops rapidly, making the material enter the de-balling state and de-balling smoothly.
