Bosch Rexroth proportional valves can be used as direct acting or pilot valves with or without integrated electronics. Reduces wiring effort and simplifies handling by using integrated electronics. This valve is ideal for many closed-loop applications.

The installation guide

Before installing the valve into the system, the valve model description should be compared to the order model

1. Cleaning:

When INSTALLING THE PROPORTIONAL valve, confirm that the valve and the clean tank in the area to be installed must be sealed to prevent external pollution. Only non-woven cloth or special paper can be used for cleaning

2. When installing the valve: confirm that the installation surface and bottom plate have no water and no oil. If oil is unavoidable on the connecting surface, the fixing screws should be tightened manually, without the help of power tools. When there are more than 4 screws, the middle screw should be tightened first to ensure that the sealing ring and the connecting surface of the valve are properly sealed

3, installation position: the best horizontal position, if the proportional valve is installed on the actuator, should avoid the spool position and the acceleration direction of the actuator parallel

4. Electrical connection: Please refer to the relevant sample for electrical connection. Special protection forms are required to adopt special measures.
