Oil-free rotary tooth compressors utilize a two-stage rotary tooth rotor compression and motor drive, where the cathode and anode rotors rotate towards each other with decreasing free space, resulting in an increase in pressure for efficient air compression. Terminal with a unique claw structure, it achieves the highest level of exhaust discharge capacity within its range.

Working Principle






1、Intake
The screws rotate to draw in and compress the air.
2、Compression Begins
The air is separated by the teeth of the male and female screws, initiating compression.


3、Compression
The male and female screws rotate in opposite directions to compress the air.
4、Exhaust
The discharge port, sealed by the female screw, opens to expel the compressed air.
