Products Description




Mezzanine storage system provides a multi-level system which significantly increase your storage capabilities by expanding upward rather than outward. It utilizes most bulk and space saver sizes and configurations in a variety of combinations to take full advantage of valuable warehouse space. Unlike conventional steel constructions, it can be easily expanded, moved or modified for future requirement. Combined with a full range of accessories, such as staircases, handrails, safety gates even lifts and conveyor, it lends itself to use in almost any situation, multi-flooring systems, shelving and pallet racking systems combined with flooring etc. Using the modular components of the mezzanine flooring system a wide variety of span length are possible. All type of mezzanine can be easily installed and dismantled without any welding or cutting.




Features:
1. Increase the height of storage and space utilization.
2. Manual access for various cargos adaptively.
3. Divided by 2-3 floors as usual which can carry 200-1500kg/square metres.
4. The cargos on the first floor of mezzanine are heaviest and each beam can carry 500kg in common, combined with hand cart or manual hydraulic trolley. The cargos on the second and third floor are generally 300 kg for each beam and combined with hand cart.
5. Transport machine: Lift platform, hoister, conveyor or forklift.
6. Additional facilities in cargo passage: Foolproof, electric lighting, fireproofing or the others.
7. Easy-installation: Professional installation instruction attached, and Jracking has professional installation team. p.s. If
