1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
Yes,SNOOWEL welcome sample order to test and check quality,Mixed samples are acceptable.
2. What is the warranty for the lights?
For the lights, we have 5-7 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period, we'll take on the shipping cost and replacement.
3. You are factory or trading company?
We are factory directly specialized in LED Lighting. We offer reliable quality, competitive price and short lead time for our clients.
4. ODM or OEM is acceptaed?
Yes,we can do ODM&OEM,put your logo on the light or package both are available.
5. How is your quality control?
We have strict QC process and all the lights will be 100% 48-72 hours testing before shipping.
6.Can we make our own label on the sample lights?
Yes, we can use the label you offer,we can also do OEM & ODM.
7.Our project is on seaside, what if your lights be corrosion by sea water?
Metal has high corrosion resistance.Besides, we do best on light surface treatment, electrostatic spraying and electrophoresis can effectively protect our lights from salt water corrision.
8. We now have football stadium projects need to do the lighting design,can you help us?
Sure we can, our design teams can provide you dialux design for you. And if you have the tech to make design yourself , we can provide the IES files for you.
