Product Introduction
The tubular UHT sterilization machine is widely used in fully automatic systems for both sterile and non sterile heat treatment of liquid food. The viscosity range of the product is large and can adapt to fibers and particles. Our company's UHT sterilization machine series has a production capacity of 1-30 t/h, with a typical sterilization temperature of 90-140 ℃. It can be connected to any filling machine (sterile or other types). The sterilization machine and control system are installed on the chassis, and the control components are all products, including PLC programmable controllers and industrial control screens, steam pressure reducing and regulating valves, diversion valves, stabilizing valves, material pumps, and hot water pumps. All liquid fittings such as other valves and fittings are selected with high quality and reliability.
Points for attention
The new tubular sterilizer mainly consists of a material system, a high-temperature hot water system, and a degassing system (optional). Suicide bacteria aseptic system (optional) and control system pressure homogenization system (optional) · CIP system: composed of other systems. 1. Process
Feeding (25-40℃) → Pre-heater (70-75℃) → Sterilize (125-135℃) → Keep for 6s → Recovery → Cooling to (75-80℃) → Filling machine (If

Working principle:
The product after being preheated, heated, sterilized, and cooled during the processing. Then can to the filling step. The product through the tube at a certain flow rate in the heating exchanger. The cooling medium/heating medium through the shell at certain flow rate of the heat exchanger. This machine can automatically control the main data such as sterilization temperature.
