Product Description
The surface of the polymer pre laid waterproofing membrane of the soft hedgehog shell is covered with graded silica crystals that have undergone high-temperature special treatment and have certain activity properties, with high strength and high specific surface area. During the production process, under the action of nanoscale polymers, the crystals and modified asphalt are cross-linked and bonded to the maximum extent possible. The polymer pre laid waterproofing membrane is synthesized with high-strength dense tire base, which has "skin" level self-healing properties. During the hydration process with concrete, the surface layer absorbs active molecules from the A crystals, reacts with tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate of concrete to form silicate crystal like substances, deeply combines, and achieves a stable full adhesion effect between the waterproof layer and concrete, with both rigidity and flexibility. Anti water seepage, preventing water intrusion into structures, and having the same lifespan as buildings.

Uses

Application method
1. Substrate preparation
Remove all protrusions and clean up the substrate.
2. Install membrane(loosely laid)
Loosely lay the membranes onto the substrate(ensure the adhesive side to face upward).
3. Roll and laps
Position special tape strip of appropriate sizes over the lap of beneath membrane, then melt the strip using hot-air welding gun and immediately overlap the adjacent membranes together. Press firmly over lapping area to achieve seamless joints.
4. Tie up reinforcement, cast concrete and proceed with other subsequent architectural jobs.
Remove all protrusions and clean up the substrate.
2. Install membrane(loosely laid)

3. Roll and laps
