1.How do i assemble my custom flags?
We recommend following these steps for a smooth (and stress-free) setup:
ASSEMBLE POLE: Attach the pieces of your flag pole and then add the antennae to the top of the pole.
ADD FLAG: Feed the antennae through the pocket that runs along the side of your flag.
ATTACH BASE: Place the prong on the top of your base into the hole at the bottom of the flag pole.
SECURE FLAG: Make sure the bungee is attached to both the flag and the hook on the flag pole.
2.What is the flag pole made of?
upper part is fiberglass and bottom part is pure aluminum alloy pole or pure fiberglass pole.
3.Can i get flags with double-side printing?
Yes. You can choose between single or double-sided flag printing options. Single-sided flags are more translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer colour saturation.
4.My flag height looks different tha what is shown on the chart. What is happeded?
Chances are you’re using our ground flag stake. Some of the height is taken up by inserting the stake into the ground, which has varying effects on the final height of the flag.
5.Can i wash my custom flags? And how long do they last?
Yes. You can throw your flags into the washing machine. We recommend you wash with cold water –and we strongly recommend you let your flag air dry. If you properly care for your flag, it’ll last about a year.
