DZH Series Horizontal Biomass Gasification Boiler
DZH series boiler is designed with single drum boiler with fire tube and water pipe. It has fast heat conduction, fast rise of steam pressure, movable grate as combustion equipment, and manual or mechanical fuel delivery mode. It is flexible and controllable by human beings. It is suitable for direct combustion of biomass of various shapes and has strong adaptability to fuel.
This series of boilers adopt the latest science and technology such as arched tube sheet and spiral corrugated smoke pipe, which effectively improves the overall efficiency of the boiler, and prevents the occurrence of grate coking, tube sheet leakage and other failures.

Steam volume: 0.5t/h-20t/h
Steam pressure: 0.7mpa-2.5mpa (optional as required)
Steam temperature: 0 ℃ - 226 ℃
Fuel: coal, anthracite, bituminous coal, lignite, etc.
Hot water output:
- Rated Power: 0.7~7Mw
- Work Pressure: 0.7~1.25Mpa
- Rated outlet temperature: 95~115°C
PS: Customizable according to the fuel, steam quantity and steam pressure.
Structure and parameters:
- Safety valve, water level alarm, pressure gauge and pressure controller ensure safe operation
- The boiler drum is equipped with limit low water level sensing safety device to avoid water shortage accident.
