● Double-cylinder control slide moves up and down, running smoothly, mechanical torque is synchronized, and high precision. The seals in the cylinder are imported brands with good quality and strong performance.
●Famous brand hydraulic system (Bosch Rexroth, Germany), the hydraulic system has overload and overflow safety protection.
●The electrical components adopt Schneider or Siemens brand, which are safe and reliable, long life and strong anti-interference ability.
●The back gauge adopts HIWIN brand ball screw and linear guide, with high positioning accuracy.
●The upper mold is equipped with a precision quick fixture as standard, which is convenient and quick to replace, reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
●The WC67K series of bending machines are equipped with a single-axis rear gear system (X-axis) and a single-axis bending angle system (Y-axis) as standard. It is optional to increase the workbench upgrade (R-axis) and workbench compensation device (V-axis) for the purpose of adjusting the local compensation of bending.
