The bottle grade polyester resins produced by Hanjiang Company have spherical particles, which are different from those produced by traditional processes. Compared to columnar particles, the specific surface area is larger, the drying effect is better, and saved more energy. The products have good flowing, and easier to process and shape.
HANJIANG Company adopts the latest global bottle level slicing production process to produce products with high crystallinity between 45% and 48%, lower than other similar products in China (between 50% and 60%).
In the future, during the production of bottle embryos, the processing temperature of the injection machine is
280 ℃-295 ℃, which is lower than other similar products in China.
(The processing temperature of the injection machine is 290 ℃-315 ℃) can save more than 20% of energy consumption.
