POLYURETHANE WATERPROOF COATING
One-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a reactive moisture-curing film-forming polymer waterproof coating. It is made of isocyanate and polyether as main materials, mixed with various additives such as latent curing agent and plasticizer, and is made by high-temperature dehydration and polymerization reaction using a special process. When used, it is applied to the waterproof base layer, and the -NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer reacts chemically with the moisture in the air to form a tough, soft and seamless rubber waterproof membrane on the surface of the base layer.
Characteristic
1. It can be used immediately on site, and the construction is convenient. It is not demanding on the moisture content of the base layer, and can be constructed on a relatively humid base surface or under conditions of high relative humidity.
2. The polyurethane coating has high tensile strength, high elongation, good elasticity, good resistance to high and low temperatures, and strong adaptability to the shrinkage and cracking deformation of the base layer.
3. The coating can be 1-3mm thick at a time, and the coating is dense, without pinholes or bubbles.
4. The bonding force is strong, and there is no need to apply the base treatment agent on various base layers that meet the requirements.
5. The color is adjustable to meet the humanized requirements of different customers for different surface colors.
