HEAVY SHAFT CRUSHER
The new vertical shaft crusher is a heavy-duty vertical shaft crusher upgraded and renovated by the company on the basis of the original plate hammer composite crusher, mainly used in material crushing and sand making machine technology. The main components include the rotor, hammer head, lining plate, feeding port, discharging port, electric motor, etc. The difference from ordinary composite crushers is that the new plate hammer composite crusher does not have a bracket. Suitable materials include river pebbles, limestone, pebbles, granite, etc., mainly for crushing quartz sand.

1. The crushing ratio is high, with a maximum feed particle size of 40-100mm, and over 95% of the discharge particle size is less than 3mm (of which
30% to 60% are 1-2mm, and the diameter of the discharge particle size can be adjusted;2. Without a grate, the material can be struck both dry and wet. The hammer head is a multifunctional hammer that can be used in four directions.
3. Automatic lubrication system for bearings and self lifting hooks for vulnerable parts.
