1. Biochar Charcoal Kiln is mainly used for grasses, fruit shells, inorganic substances. Carbonization of organic matter, etc. For example, rice husks, straw, peanut shells, cashew shells, wood chips and so on.2.The diameter of the carbonized raw material is preferably less than 25mm, and the moisture is less than 20%. If it exceeds 20%, it needs to be dried and carbonized.

If the moisture exceeds 30%, it needs to be dried in advance.

---- Biochar Charcoal Kiln Working Process
1. First preheat to 200℃, then add raw materials, heat to 380℃, flue gas will be generated in the furnace, and the flue gas purification system will process it into pure combustible gas (natural gas, diesel or biomass can be used for preheating). 2. Purecombustible gas is transported to the bottom combustion chamber of the carbonization engine for combustion under the action of the induced draft fan, at which time the external heat source can be reduced and the cost can be saved.
3. The raw materials are fully burned and carbonized in the cracking zone, and finally enter the cooling zone for cooling.
4. The carbonization furnace can be closed only when it is idle to below 100℃.
----Manufacturing Technique of Biochar Charcoal Kiln

(3) Smoking recycle tube uring the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.( can be burning) the smoke can be collected and returned to the furnace.

(6) LPG/Natural Gas Burner It is only for fire starting. The raw material will produce syngas for their own carbonization all the time.
