Product description:
The checkball Piston pump is a plunger pump, it needs to be driven by a motor and recommend using electric motor.
These pumps can be used on wellhead control panel systems, Power packs on high-
torque service tools. The pump application medium is
hydraulic oil and it needs to be installed at a lower position than the tank. Before starting the pump, you must vent the
air in the pump chamber.
Fixed displacement checkball pumps, with bidirectional shaft rotation, provide constant direction of output flow regardless of the directi
on of drive shaft rotatio.
Operating Adavantages :
Inlet and outlet check valves in each piston pumping chamber give checkball design pumps unique advantages.
The positive seating action provides greater volumetric efficiency, especially at higher pressures.
The check valves take the place of a valveplate used in other pump designs. With no metal-to-metal rotating surface,
checkball pumps are resistant to wearing and scoring, providing longer life with lower lubricity and contaminated fluids.
