Q: Is it too hot when it works? Can it work for 7*24hrs, zero noise attracts me,but I am worried about this.
A: The CPU is Intel latest lower saved CPU, rated power of CPU is only 6W~5W, the working temperature is only about 60℃ in agingtesting.As you may know, the laptop CPU temperature is about 78℃ or more. Each computer will have a 3*24hrs testing before factory. If you need the PC without noise, fanless PC is your best choice.
Q: Why do I feel the casing so hot when it' s working?
A: The computer' heat dissipation is relying on the internal heat sink and external chassis. The CPU almost touches the back chassis to expand the heats,its temperature is almost the same as that of CPU. The metal chassis is for heat expanding more easily,this is one of the reasons to use metal materials ; 2nd, there is thermal paste with silver material imported from Japan in the CPU plug of motherboard; 3rd, there is free bracket mount attached to computer, you can make it stand in the bracket mount for cooling. Fins on top and the full metal body of the computer permit fast heat dissipation to keep the inside components cool. So it is normal that if the chassis touches very hot.
Q: How long can this mini computer used?

Q: What about the warranty?
A: Products can be replaced free within one(1) year after sale if they cannot be used due to quality problems, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. The warranty period is 1 year. Within the Warranty period, in the precondition of non-artificial damage, if any product is broken or damaged, we will offer the repair service for free or replacement for free. Even out of the warranty period, we still can provide free technical support and maintenance for a long time, but the replacement will charge a certain fee. The supplier shall not accept claims related to negligent or improper installation or use.
