A1.Yes, you can. We have completed production lines to provide complete services of lighting customization or simulation on Dialux according to project request. OEM&ODM services are also available to us.
Q2. What's your main products?
A2.Industrial Lighting of office led panel light, triproof light, highbay light, flood light and explosive-proof light.
Q3. What certificate do you have?
A3: EN CE EMC LVD RoHs certificates are available to us.
Q4. How do you insure the product quality?
A4: Experienced engineering team, professional quality inspection team and to provide 5 years warranty for each product and to improve products and create new products.
Q5. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A5: Air Express or Railway transportation, Ocean shipment are available to small order and bulk order.
Q6. What about lead time?
A6: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 25-30 days for order quantity( 500 sets at least)
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A7: Yes. As long as you mail us formally an authorization letter to allow us to print your logo on our products before you confirm the samples.
Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
A8: During the guarantee period, we will take responsibility to our products if occurs any quality problems, except products
deformation and artificial damage and incorrect installation.
