Design

Materials
42CrMo materials are ideal for applications requiring high strength, toughness and wear resistance. It is able to withstand temperatures below 500 degrees, making it versatile, reliable performance and excellent processability. Heat treatment
Our bending dies are quenched in one piece and can also be laser hardened at the tip/notch for maximum protection and hardness. The standard hardness of the overall quenching die is HRC45-50, and the hardness of the working area (mainly the notch of the lower die and the tip of the upper die) is HRC55-60.

DELIVERY
Delivery on special items will be established at time of order.
