Product Description
HWMA1500/1200-E turbine mixer integrates a steel plate cylindrical mixing tank, a heavy-duty slurry pump and an agitator tank, and is firmly installed on the base frame. Its automatic control system accurately adjusts and drives a special pump to suck material from the bottom of the tank, forming a high-speed vortex tangential return, mixing slurry efficiently, and obtaining a uniform colloid and high-quality mixture in a short time to meet the needs of industrial efficient production.
After mixing, the same pump with a low-speed stirring paddle is used to smoothly transport the mixture to the mixing tank. When the mixing tank is emptied, press the discharge with one key to complete, and easily start the new round of pulping cycle. This design simplifies the operation process, improves production efficiency, and ensures that the equipment continues to work reliably.
