A3: Sample charge will be refund when your order quantity will be more than 3000pcs/item.
Q4: What the sample and production time?
A4: Actual-sample time around 15 days, Customized sample 20 days; Mass production time around: 45-60 days.

4. Pre-production samples will be firstly made for our customer to confirm the mass production ;

6. Customer make the balance payment and send the bank receipt to us for confirmation ;
7. We will arrange the shipping and trace the shipping status for our customer ;
8. Customer pick up the products in named place of delivery and give feedback to us.

Return and Refund Policy
1. Refunds without Returns
Our company does not accept requests for refunds only without returning the merchandise for any ordersthat have already been shipped. If any issue arises that prevents the customer from using the products, all shipped goods must bereturned to us in their original condition.
2. Returns and Refunds
a. For "Trade Assurance Plus" Orders
You may use the "Easy Return" service to return the products and receive a refund within 30 days of receiving the shipment. After30 days, the "Easy Return" service expires and no returns or refunds will be provided.
b. For Other Orders (e.g. T/T wire transfers)
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason. However, if a severe quality issue occurs due to our mistake, we may negotiate appropriate compensation for the customer. We do not offer any return/refund protection for issues caused by the buyer.
