A: Yes, customization is supported, welcome sending us samples or drawings.
Q4: What’s your lead time (production time)?
A: It depends on the products, the quantity, and we also need to consider if it’s a busy season of the factory.Usually, the lead
time is 15-30 days after we receive the deposit.
Q5: How can I pay, and what’s the payment term?
A: We accept L/C or T/T, any other payment methods you can discuss with our sales team. We will charge a 30% deposit first, and
the balance will be paid before loading the container.
