1. Can we custom logo or design on the tumblers ?
Yes, we can offer logo print, pattern print, shrink wrap, label stickers on bottles. We can also customized box packaging. Logo color can be made according to pantone color number if you need.
2. What is the normal lead time?
For in stock Cups, we will send out in 2-3 days after receiving your payment. For customized cups , we will send out 5-7 days depending on the design.
3. What is your shipping methods?
For small trial order, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. can be provided.
For bulk order:
DDP by air can be provided, cheaper than international express.
DDP by sea can be provided, cheaper but takes longer.
Also EXW, FOB, CIF are provided.
4. How do you control the quality?
We strictly control each process.
