Q: What’s your main business?
A: Currently we mainly focus on packaging industry, while in the past decade we have been serving for many national institutions such as museums and art galleries with various professional preservative storage boxes. By the end of 2022, we have served 330museums. This year we start to create and produce a number of derivative items, such as hand-made jewelry boxes and organizers with Chinese traditional cultural style, using"Brocade" as the representative material. They are mainly for foreign markets and individual consumers.
Q: Is your company only a trading company? Do you have your own factory? Where does it locate?
A: More than a trading company, actually we have our own factory which locates in the suburb near Beijing, only 40 minutes drive to the downtown of Beijing.
Q: Besides these jewelry boxes,storage boxes, what else do you sell?
A: Yes, actually we have been a supplier for more 300 national museums in China for many years, providing various professional storage boxes including customized boxes. which you can find on our website.
Q: What advantages do you have compared with your competitors?
A: Compared to our competitors, we can say we are indeed strong in terms of scale and craftsmanship. We have our own factory of 3300 squares meters; we have rich experiences of serving for national museums and libraries for dozens of years, we have more skilled teams.
Q: What is the fabric? satin, silk, polyester?
A: Most of the outside box is covered with brocade, chemical fiber, designed in contrast color,while inside is the customized velvet.
Q: Do you design the pattern yourselves? Can you customize the design?
A: Yes, the pattern of the brocade can be customized but will take more time , say 2 months and, the MOQ is 500 meters, much expensive.
Q: Are they made of wood? Density board ?
A: Not wood, but density board, which is more durable and moisture-proof.
Q: Why are the prices of your products relatively high? Are there any special?
A: First of all, our products are 80% hand-made, with complex refined craftsmanship and long-time making. Secondly, we adopt high-quality materials, including boards and the brocade. Thirdly，the patterns are unique and elegant.
Q: Can the inside layout be customized ?
A: Yes, the above boxes can be customized in terms of outside design, inside layout and materials.
Q: The MOQ and lead time, and the prices?
A: Generally speaking, the customized products will take more time which it depends on how complex the whole processing would be. Normally it will take 10 days when total order quantity no more than 500, small boxes. And the unit price will be higher, depends on the cloth, style you choose. But basically, the more you order ,the lower price you get.
The MOQ is 1000 small boxes, 500 larger boxes.
Q: Do you accept OEM? And the MOQ and prices?
A: Yes we can offer OEM, but with higher prices, and the MOQ is 1000 for small boxes and 500 for larger boxes.
Q: Can I order, say 100 boxes, in different colors?
A: Sure, you can order altogether 100 boxes of different colors, but at least 10 for each color.
Q: What is the percent of prepayment? What is the minimum percentage? In what kind of currency?
A: We accept only full payment when your total amount is no more than 10 thousand USD; 50% of prepayment when between 10,000 and 50,000 USD; 40% when between 50,000 and 100,000 USD; 30% when above 100,000 USD.
Q: How long is average lead time? And the average delivery time by different type of shipping? What about the shipping cost?
A: It depends on the type and quantity of the boxes you ordered.The lead time of standard boxed can be 2 weeks to 6 weeks, according to the quantity. For the customized boxes, it could be long till 3 months. Concerning the shipping, the average time is from 30 to 45 days by sea, 7 days by air.
Q: Do you have overseas distributors? How to obtain your distributorship?
A: We haven’t overseas distributors yet , but welcome to become one of our distributors.
Q: How to keep it clean? Or how can I clear them when stained?
A: You can use a damp cloth or tissue to wipe the outside lightly, and keep it from blazing sun and water.
Q: What is your after-sale service, any warranties and refunds?
A: We offer a six - month warranty. Non-human damage can be replaced or refunded. Considering the freight costs, direct refund is most appropriate for individual overseas consumers. For B clients, we will establish a certain standard. If the damage exceeds the specified percentage of the order, it can be reissued or the amount of compensation. The details need to be negotiated.
Q: Does each box have its own packaging box? Do you have customized packing?
A: Yes, each box has an independent packaging box, white and made of corrugated boards. And can be customized with extra cost.
Q: Do you provide samples ? For free? Or how about the cost ?
A: Sure, we can make samples ,but not for free, and you must pay for the freight. But, if you order a large amount, the cost of samples can be part of the goods payment.
