Our company has more than 800 stable and trained workers, all staffs wear anti-static working suit,shoe covers and hairnet before entering,make sure the workshop is clean and no hair.Every workshops has QC inspector to supervise the quality, deal with the issues, to maintain the high effective running of the production. Every products need to pass the strict QC process before packaging and shipping.
Higher standard quality is always our pursuit, to control the quality from the raw material step and save the production cost, we set up fabric production line and internal laboratory since 2021. We have accessed ISO13485, ISO9001, EN14683 TYPE I,TYPE II, TYPE IIR, EN13795-1, EN14795-2, DOC with EC-REP, CIBG,EN14126 TYPE 4B, TYPE 5&6,UKCA, AAMI Level 1 & Level 2 & Level 3, ASTM Level 2 and 510K registration. We also registered disposable medical mask, gowns, overshoes, caps, scrub suits in Europe EUDAMED.

The QC system
Hubei Kangning pay high attention on the QC process to make sure every batch of products can meet customers requirements.
We got the ISO9001 and ISO13485 certificates,also set up our own internal lab in 2021,can make following testing internally: PFE, differential pressure, pull, tearing strength, fabric weight, ingredients, microbial cleanliness, Synthetic Blood Penetration testing, Hydrostatic pressure and others.
Every products need to be passed the strict inspection before packaging,so as to meet the customers' requirements
1. Correct raw material content,no tolerance on weight
2. The sewing is straight, without puckering, without skip or broken stitching
3. The measurement specifications is under the tolerances provided by the client
4. External markings on cases/cartons/boxes should comply with clients' particular requirements

2. We have complete QC system in the production, the income for all fabric and accessories are record, every production step is recorded, excluding the necessary QC, there are running quality inspectors in every production line to check the quality all the time.

4. You can also ask the 3rd party to do inspection before shipment.
