1. The robot is selected from well-known domestic and foreign brands, with an arm span of 1m-2.5m and a load capacity of 7-70kg;
2. The maximum precision of motion repetitive positioning can reach ± 0.03mm, and the laser power is 2000-12000W;
3. The software and hardware systems have good openness and operability, making it easy to upgrade and expand new functions;
4. Equipped with a laser head, nozzle, and powder feeder independently developed by FED laser, it can accurately control the
powder feeding flow rate and spot size, meeting the efficient repair and forming needs of high-precision parts;
5. Configure slide, turntable, or cradle type displacement machines to achieve eight axis synchronous linkage and high-precision
positioning with robots, which can meet the repair or forming of complex parts;
